What counts toward your total

Counts toward the tiers
Repair kits and parts, check modules, shut-off valves, fittings, testing equipment and accessories.
Freeze bags
Standard freeze bags ship separately: $20 for the first bag and $6 for each extra bag, and they don't count toward the $250 or $500 totals. Custom-size bags for larger devices are quoted, with shipping included in the estimate.
Complete assemblies and cages
Assemblies with a price in the shop, like the ARI RP501 and DC501, count toward the tiers like any part. The rest, and all cages, are priced by quote: we confirm price, stock and shipping, then email you an estimate. No charge until you approve.

When will my order ship?+
In-stock orders placed before 3pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on a weekend or national holiday, ship the next business day. If a part is special order, we'll tell you the lead time up front.

What about complete assemblies and enclosure cages?+
Assemblies with a price in the shop, like the ARI RP501 and DC501, ship at the same flat rates as parts and count toward the $250 and $500 totals. Other complete assemblies and all enclosure cages are priced by quote and aren't part of the shipping tiers. Add them to a quote and we'll confirm price, stock and shipping, then email you an estimate. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
